Privacy.

Only what you send me, through one of three forms or by email. The contact form asks for your name, business, email, an optional phone number, your message, and a budget range. The free audit request asks for your website, name, email, and optional notes. The free checklist asks for your first name and email. That is the whole list. There are no hidden fields, and nothing on this site ties your browsing to your identity.

To reply to you, quote your project, and do the work. Your details go straight to my inbox so I can answer your message, send a quote, or record the audit you asked for. I do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and I do not run newsletters.

When you send a form, you get an automatic reply confirming it arrived, and a copy lands in my inbox so I can respond personally. When you request the free checklist, an automatic email delivers it with the PDF attached, and I may send one short follow-up a few days later to see if it helped. That is the most you will ever hear from me automatically. I only add you to an occasional notes list if you reply and clearly say yes. No drip sequences, no auto-subscribe, and you can tell me to stop at any time.

Two US companies handle the plumbing behind the site. Resend sends the site’s email, so your form details pass through Resend to reach my inbox and to send you an automatic reply. Vercel hosts the site in the United States. Checklist signups are held briefly in a Resend audience, only long enough to deliver the file and send the one follow-up. Both companies process this information on my behalf, and neither is allowed to use it for their own purposes.

This site sets no cookies. None. It uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it counts visits and page views in aggregate, without cookies, without following you around the internet, and without tying anything to who you are. The fonts load from this site itself, so your browser never has to call Google or any other outside company to display a page. That is a deliberate choice, and it is one reason the site is fast.

I never sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever. There is no data broker here, no ad-network resale, none of it. Your details exist so I can do good work for you, and for nothing else.

Only as long as it is useful. Inquiry and project emails stay while we are talking, and for a reasonable time after in case you come back. Checklist details are held just long enough to deliver the file and send the one follow-up. Ask me to delete something sooner and I will.

In the United States. The site is hosted on Vercel and email runs through Resend, both US companies. The site does not process payments, so there is no checkout and no card details here. If you are writing from outside the US, know that your information is processed here.

You can ask what I have on file, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I will. One email to hello@obx.click is all it takes, and I will confirm once it is done.

This site is for business owners, and it is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from kids. If you think a child sent me something, email hello@obx.click and I will delete it.

If my tools or practices change, I will update this page and change the date at the top. Nothing here is buried in fine print. This is written in plain language to be clear and honest, and it is not formal legal advice.
